1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FunkTazer Rewards ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site you confirm that you are 18 or older and that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. FunkTazer Rewards is not responsible for users who access the Site from jurisdictions where gambling is prohibited.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

FunkTazer Rewards operates as an affiliate partner. When you sign up on using our referral link, we may receive a commission. All rewards, giveaways, and cash back programs are funded by this affiliate revenue and distributed back to the community.

4. Rewards Program

Participation in the rewards program including leaderboards, raffles, challenges, and wager rewards is subject to the following:

  • Rewards are paid at our discretion and are not guaranteed
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel any reward at any time
  • Fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification
  • Wager amounts are tracked manually until API integration is complete
  • Payment is made in USDC or equivalent cryptocurrency

5. User Accounts

Accounts are created via Kick OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person is permitted. Any attempt to create multiple accounts to abuse the rewards system will result in a permanent ban.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Attempting to manipulate leaderboard or raffle results
  • Submitting false challenge submissions
  • Any form of cheating or fraud

7. Limitation of Liability

FunkTazer Rewards is not a gambling operator. We do not handle real money wagering. We are not liable for any losses incurred through gambling on third-party platforms. Use any gambling platform responsibly.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
